Airbnb Arbitrage Roadmap

 

Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure

Member agrees to treat all information obtained from Airbnb Arbitrage Roadmap in the performance of this Agreement, including, but not limited to the online course content, the substance of the video conference calls, Member’s log-in credentials (username and password), and the price of the Program, as confidential and proprietary to Airbnb Arbitrage Roadmap. Member shall treat all records, information, and work-product prepared, shared, or maintained by Legacy Investing Show LLC and its employees, agents, and representatives in the performance of this Agreement as confidential and will not disclose this information to any other persons, social media platforms, firms, or organizations by any means.

 

Scope Of Services

Legacy Investing Show LLC shall provide Member with the Airbnb Arbitrage Roadmap Program. (“The Program”)

 

The Program includes:

 

Airbnb Arbitrage Video Course. Legacy Investing Show LLC will provide Member log-in credentials (username and password) to gain access to our online courses including Airbnb Arbitrage Roadmap.

 

Bi-monthly Zoom Calls. Legacy Investing Show LLC will host bi-monthly video conferences in a group format. Bi-monthly Calls will take place on Zoom

 

Skool Community. This community is accessible when you enroll in the program. Inside the community, you can network, ask questions and collaborate on projects with other Members

 

The content of the video course includes:

Finding Properties

Market & Property Analysis

Building Your Team

Furnishing & Logistics

Operating Automations, Tools & Optimization

 

Communication

Bi-monthly Calls will take place on Zoom

 

If Member needs to contact Legacy Investing Show LLC for any reason outside of the Skool Community, the Member should email preston@legacyinvestingshow.com

 

Hours of Operation

Legacy Investing Show LLC’s hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm Mountain Time. 

 

Member Performance

Member is expected to stay current and complete all lessons in the Airbnb Arbitrage Roadmap Program.

Member is expected to attend bi-monthly coaching calls when their schedule permits.

Member is expected to participate in the Skool Community.

 

Agreement Length

Depending on which package is purchased, the term of this agreement shall begin on the Effective Date and remain in effect lifetime of the the program unless terminated pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement. 

Access to the Airbnb Arbitrage Roadmap curriculum and access to the Skool Community shall begin on the Effective Date and remain in effect for lifetime of the program unless terminated pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement

 

Payment Terms

Member agrees to pay Legacy Investing Show LLC $2,999 immediately for lifetime access to Airbnb Arbitrage Roadmap.

 

Termination Of Agreement

This Agreement can be terminated by Legacy Investing Show LLC for cause, including, but not limited to:

 

Member becomes disruptive or difficult to work with;

Member fails to follow Airbnb Arbitrage Roadmap program guidelines;

Member shares login credentials with unauthorized users;

Member fails to respond to Airbnb Arbitrage Roadmap for two (2) weeks or otherwise “ghosts” the Program;

Member impairs or impedes other Members’ ability to participate in the Program;

Member violates the Confidentiality Clause, or any other term and condition of this Agreement.

 

No Refund Policy

All payments by Member to Legacy Investing Show LLC are non-refundable and final. Member further agrees to waive any right to “charge-back” or dispute payment with his/her credit card processor or bank. Because Airbnb Arbitrage Roadmap is a digital product, Member further acknowledges that there is no refund whatsoever if Legacy Investing Show LLC terminates the Member’s participation or access to the Program for cause during the term of this Agreement.

While we do not offer refunds, we will work tirelessly to resolve all Airbnb Arbitrage Roadmap related issues.

 

Release From Liability

Member agrees to hold Legacy Investing Show LLC harmless from any loss, claim, damage, or liability of any kind relating in any way to the Program. In no event shall Legacy Investing Show LLC be liable to Member, or any third party, for any loss of profits, loss of business, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising out of or related to the Program and/or this Agreement.

 

Testimonial Release

Member irrevocably and perpetually grants Legacy Investing Show LLC the right to photograph, videotape, and record Member’s name, voice, appearance, likeness, and/or written testimony along with any material furnished by Member — inclusive of Skool Community — in whole or in part, in any of Legacy Investing Show LLC’s marketing materials and programs.
